Grant Reports

Organizations that receive a grant through a competitive application process managed by Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation are generally required to submit a report on their funded projects within 12 months of the grant award date.

Please submit your report by email or mail. If the project is not completed within the 12 months, provide information on the project to date, and submit a final report when the project is completed.

The following is the standard report format. The report should be 1-2 pages in length.
