Grant Reports
Organizations that receive a grant through a competitive application process managed by Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation are generally required to submit a report on their funded projects within 12 months of the grant award date.
Please submit your report by email or mail. If the project is not completed within the 12 months, provide information on the project to date, and submit a final report when the project is completed.
The following is the standard report format. The report should be 1-2 pages in length.
- Name of project and amount of grant.
- Name and phone number of person submitting report.
- Use of grant money, itemized by payee and purpose of expenditure.
- Detailed narrative description of implementation of the project, including any revisions from original proposal. Include the number of people who participated in or were affected by the project, if applicable, and the nature of that participation.
- Assessment of effectiveness of project toward meeting its goals.
