April 1 Deadline for Columbia County Nonprofit Groups

GREAT BARRINGTON, MA—Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation announced today that April 1 is the deadline for grant applications to the Fund for Columbia County and the Quailwood Fund. These funds award grants to nonprofit groups, public organizations and community groups that improve quality of life for residents of Columbia County. The Quailwood Fund specifically supports programs benefiting the community of Red Rock and the Fund for Columbia County offers grants to programs throughout the county.
Nonprofit organizations, civic entities or schools may submit applications. A committee of local residents reviews applications based on excellence of the project or service, impact on the organization or community and the ability of the applicant to carry out the project. Applications and guidelines are available online or by calling 413.528.8039.
