Health Care Scholarships Available

SHEFFIELD, MA—The Tabor Foundation, which supports training in health care careers, seeks applicants from Northwest Connecticut and Northeast Dutchess County who need financial assistance to further their health care education. Applicants to The Tabor Foundation, a fund of Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, can include those training in nursing, laboratory work, x-ray, mental health, dentistry, pharmacology, physical therapy, emergency medical, nutrition or allied health care fields.
Applications are available online or by calling Berkshire Taconic at 413.229.0370. Completed application forms are due on or before June 30. A committee of local residents will review applications using criteria that measure an applicant’s need and his or her commitment to a healthcare career in the communities of Northwest Connecticut or Northeast Dutchess County.
