We're Hiring!

We are currently hiring for two full-time positions. These positions may be virtual to start, but will ultimately operate out of the foundation’s office in Sheffield, Mass.

Controller: Berkshire Taconic seeks a collaborative, experienced controller to manage the foundation’s finance and accounting operations, and maintain accurate financial records and reporting. The controller will lead and develop a team of two accounting professionals and develop or modify processes as needed to improve the accuracy, financial controls and efficiency of financial operations. Learn more >>

Grants Associate: Berkshire Taconic seeks a grants associate to manage the grant administration for all foundation funds. The grants associate is responsible for the smooth operation and administration of grant payment processes. This position also helps maintain foundation databases. Learn more >>
