Nonprofit Leadership Institute

Research shows that learning becomes transformative for organizations when it is sustained over time, involves dialogue with peers, presents opportunities to put theory into practice and focuses on real strategic issues. This is what BTCF’s Nonprofit Leadership Institute is all about.

The Nonprofit Leadership Institute is a program for executive directors to help build their leadership and management skills through a collaborative, peer-learning program led by skilled facilitator, Janet André Block. The goal is to strengthen leaders of nonprofit organizations and, by association, the organizations they serve -- resulting in stronger communities.

Program Information

Program content is focused on the key executive responsibilities of maintaining mission in a volatile climate, roles of board/staff, infrastructure, finance/budgeting, planning, fundraising and meeting management.

How to Apply

The deadline to apply to the Nonprofit Leadership Institute is November 1.
