Northwest Litchfield County Resident Joins Berkshire Taconic’s Board of Directors

SHEFFIELD, MA—Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation announced today that Thomas S. Quinn of Salisbury, CT has joined its board of directors. Mr. Quinn joins 19 other community residents on Berkshire Taconic’s board.

Mr. Quinn is an investment adviser with over 30 years of experience in banking, investment management and commercial property. He is the former global head of Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) of UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking, a position he held from 2004 to 2009. Prior to joining UBS in April 2004, Mr. Quinn founded and managed TS Quinn Associates, LLC, a real estate investment management firm. Before that, he spent 23 years at JP Morgan where he held various senior management positions. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Quinn was responsible for JP Morgan's proprietary private equity investments in the real estate sector. He previously had a broad range of assignments in corporate finance and investment banking, including positions in New York, Mexico City and London. Mr. Quinn is a director of Alpha Investment Partners Limited, a real estate investment management firm in Singapore, a trustee of the Hotchkiss School and a former member of the National Real Estate Advisory Board of the Nature Conservancy. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA) and Middlebury College (MA).

Mr. Quinn joins Ann Goodbody, David Rich, and Catherine Tatge as Berkshire Taconic board members from northwest Litchfield County, CT.; Bill Dunlaevy, Ellen Kennedy, Edward Hoe, David McCarthy, Virginia Stanton Smith, and John Hoyt Stookey from Berkshire County, MA.; Sia Arnason, Gloria Callen, Christopher Kennan, Holly Nelson, and Nancy Stahl of northeast Dutchess County, NY; and Sally Berg, Eileen Halloran, Andrew Vickery, Vera Weintraub, and M. Scott Wood of Columbia County, NY.
