We seek a full-time Administrative Coordinator and full-time or part-time Tech Operations Associate to join our team!
The full-time Administrative Coordinator will maintain office and building operations. The person in this role operates in a fast-paced environment and must be flexible to accommodate visitors, ongoing technology upgrades and changes in routine. The administrative coordinator answers phone calls, helps staff with office-related issues, orders supplies, assists in scheduling meetings, and supports database and special projects. The full-time or part-time Tech Operations Associate will improve our IT systems and programs, implement workflow improvements, and help convert the foundation to a new core software system. This role will begin as a temporary position that will last through June 2022, and may continue on a permanent basis. Learn more and apply >>
