Fund for Williamstown

The Fund for Williamstown was established in 2006 by a group of residents who wished to continue the town’s strong tradition of community improvement and make Williamstown a better, more vibrant place to live.

The film Wizard of Oz was shown at Family Flicks Under the Stars, supported by the fund for Williamstown.

Surrounded by the natural beauty and cultural activities of Williamstown, it’s easy to forget that the needs of our community are pressing and resources are limited. Each year, requests for grants exceed what the fund can give. Your contribution helps ensure that more worthy causes get the help they deserve.

What Does the Fund Support?

The fund supports proposals from both nonprofit organizations and individuals that will strengthen, enliven and enhance Williamstown. The fund seeks to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of residents and awards grants for health and human services, cultural and educational programs and environmental protection.
