Funding a college education is a serious financial challenge, but it shouldn’t be an insurmountable obstacle. BTCF manages more than 50 scholarship funds established by donors who care about making higher education available to everyone. Search them below.

Most scholarship deadlines are March 15 and accept our Common Application, with the exception of the Margaret Derwin Scholarship Fund, Tabor Foundation Fund and Violet Simmons Scholarship Fund, which require separate applications. Scholarships that require a separate application are indicated by an *.

Scholarships for residents of northwest Litchfield County, Conn., or northwest Dutchess County, N.Y., who plan to undertake education or training in a health care or medical field (nursing, EMT, physical therapy, counseling, etc.) and to seek employment in their community afterwards. Non-residents working in the area may also apply.
